In Cuisia and Digna, communes close to Cousance and Saint-Amour, the average price is around €1,400 to €1,600 / m². The village ofAugea offers an even more rural setting, with prices generally between €1,200 and €1,500/m², making houses with land in the Jura affordable.

By way of comparison, very rural villages like Véria, just a few minutes from Cousance, have no amenities (no shops, schools or services).
